The diet food market sees a variety of new products appearing every year,At that time, the demand from customers was increasing year by year for products in the meal replacement category. Meal replacement products are diet foods that allow you to reduce your calorie intake by replacing your regular meals. There were various types of meal replacement products, such as noodles, rice porridge, risotto, and biscuits, but shakes were particularly popular. Ito Kanpo Pharmaceutical had been developing shake products for some time, but we decided to work on developing a new product that was even tastier and easier to dissolve.

In the development of such meal substitute products, ingredients that support the feeling of fullness are important.Therefore, in "Short-term style diet shake", the natural sugar "Palatinose" contained in sugar cane and honey is adopted.We aimed for a shake that makes it easy to maintain a feeling of fullness.In addition, in order to comprehensively support beauty and health, we have also added the functional ingredient "plant enzyme" and the beauty ingredient "placenta", which have been a hot topic since that time.It is designed so that necessary nutrients such as vitamins and minerals can be used as a substitute for meals.

Thanks to our focus on taste, sales are going well. Our new product in the series, "Short-Term Style Diet Shake Lattery," was selected as the number one product in the "Diet & Health Awards 2021: Products You Want to Try (Dietary Alternative Food Category)" by the beauty magazine "FYTTE," based on a survey of 1,000 readers. We were very surprised, but incredibly happy.

Actually, the development team member couldn't drink milk, so the product was developed starting with the idea of ​​a "diet shake that tastes good even with water." We were very particular about the taste, having many women in the company try it, and went through numerous prototypes to achieve a "fruity" and "refreshingly delicious taste." Furthermore, this product tastes great not only with water, but also with yogurt, milk, soy milk, and sparkling water. Mixing it with sparkling water gives it a fizzy sensation, while mixing it with soy milk gives it a creamy texture. You can enjoy a variety of textures depending on what you mix it with, so we hope many people will try it.
