We are conducting sales activities overseas.

While making full use of Japanese and English in the overseas sales group, we sell our own products to overseas customers, develop OEM products for overseas, and develop overseas sales channels.
We may have business talks with trading companies and trading companies in Japan, and we may communicate directly with local clients in English.Even in the same Asian country, the culture and laws related to health foods are different from those in Japan, so we are trying to respond flexibly while grasping local needs as much as possible.Depending on the country, Japanese products may not be sold as they are, so we may develop original products only for that country based on the needs.

When do you find it most rewarding?

It took several years to go abroad
When the product registration is successful.

Although we received a product development request from an overseas client, there was a product that took several years to register locally.Due to the difference in rules from Japan, I was forced to change the prescription and redo the registration application, and I was hit by the wall many times and I could not see the destination. When I was starting to think, "If it doesn't work this time, I have no choice but to give up," I was finally able to receive a report that I was able to register locally.Above all, I was able to give shape to the client's thoughts, and I was delighted when I thought about the hardships I had had so far.

The growth and development of foreign countries is rapid, and even just a few years may have changed from the previous image.There are a wide variety of countries, such as countries where markets have already been formed and countries that will develop in the future, and I feel that there is still great potential overseas.I would like to take on new challenges without hesitation, not only in countries where products are already being developed, but also with a frontier spirit.
