In the Kano factory dispensing team
I am in charge of manufacturing the locking process.

The manufacturing of the tableting process is the work of weighing the raw materials, mixing them with a stirrer, and then processing them into powder or tablets.Among them, I am in charge of process control and schedule adjustment at the manufacturing site, quality maintenance, and environmental improvement for smooth operation.We strive every day to manufacture stable products with an awareness of process maintenance so that we can work with peace of mind even in the post-process.

When it can be manufactured safely.

Trouble is common at the manufacturing site.We are troubled by various troubles such as those caused by the environment, machine failure, and locking failure.If it is a machine failure, it is still easy to deal with it because it can be repaired, but in the case of a locking failure, the cause cannot be identified without understanding the characteristics of the raw material.Since there are various varieties, it is very important to accumulate knowledge and rules of thumb for raw materials.I will calmly deal with each problem using empirical rules and knowledge, and when the production is completed safely after a lot of hard work, my shoulders will be relaxed with peace of mind (laughs).However, you can feel your own growth as much as you have a hard time.

Someday I will propose a product myself
I want to manufacture it.

At Ito Kanpo Pharmaceutical, all employees are free to propose product ideas.Currently, I am involved in the trial production of actual machine manufacturing on site, but one day I would like to see the products that I proposed are manufactured and lined up in stores.

Daily schedule

As soon as I wake up, I take a shower, eat breakfast, watch the news, and get ready to go to work.

We will confirm the schedule of the day and prepare for work on site.

We will hold a morning assembly in the department, inform each worker of the work of the day, and check e-mail etc.

While checking the progress of each process at the site, we will make efforts to improve the environment and communicate with each department and manufacturer.
